Section 61.1 Canadian Human Rights Act

Section 61.1 Canadian Human Rights Act 1985 is about Minister of Justice being responsible for the Act. It is under Part III (Discriminatory Practices and General Provisions) of the Act.

Minister of Justice

The Minister of Justice is responsible for this Act, and the powers of the Governor in Council to make regulations under this Act, with the exception of section 29, are exercisable on the recommendation of that Minister.
