Section 35 Canadian Human Rights Act

Section 35 Canadian Human Rights Act 1985 states that Majority is a decision of the Commission. It is under Part II (Canadian Human Rights Commission) and ‘Officers and Staff‘ of the Act.

A decision of the majority of the members present at a meeting of the Commission, if the members present constitute a quorum, is a decision of the Commission.
