Article V Section 4 Pennsylvania Constitution

Article V Section 4 Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is about Commonwealth Court. Article V is titled The Judiciary, it has 18 sections and schedule.

Commonwealth Court

The Commonwealth Court shall be a statewide court, and shall consist of the number of judges and have such jurisdiction as shall be provided by law. One of its judges shall be the president judge.
