Article I Section 5 Pennsylvania Constitution

Article I Section 5 Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is about Elections. Article I is titled Declaration of Rights, it has a preamble and 29 sections.

Elections

Elections shall be free and equal; and no power, civil or military, shall at any time interfere to prevent the free exercise of the right of suffrage.
