United Nations Security Council Resolution 10 – The Spanish Question

10 (1946). Resolution of 4 November 1946

The Security Council

Resolves that the situation in Spain be taken off the list of matters of which the Council is seized, and that all records and documents of the case be put at the disposal of the General Assembly;

Requests the Secretary-General to notify the General Assembly of this decision.

Adopted unanimously at the 79th meeting.
