1 Texas Administrative Code § 87.53 – Failure to Provide Public Information

Failure of a notary public to promptly and adequately respond to a request for public information in accordance with § RSA 87.52 of this title (relating to Public Information) may be good cause for suspension or revocation of a notary commission or other disciplinary action against the notary.
