1 Texas Administrative Code § 83.23 – Forfeiture of Right To Transact Business

A limited partnership that fails to file the periodic report required under § RSA 153.301 of the Texas Business Organizations Code within 30 days from the date that the report is sent by the secretary of state will forfeit its right to transact business in Texas.
