Texas Administrative Code Title 1 Section 81.157

1 Texas Administrative Code § 81.157 – Joint-Primary Contract with the County Election Officer

(a) If a joint primary is approved, the county election officer shall supervise the primary and runoff elections, as applicable, in accordance with § RSA 172.126 of the Texas Election Code.

(b) The county chair of each political party and election officer shall enter into an election services contract.

(c) The rules set forth in § RSA 81.131 of this chapter (relating to Contracting with the County Election Officer) apply to the contract.
