1 Texas Administrative Code § 80.7 – Foreign Limited Liability Limited Partnerships

A foreign limited partnership that is subject to registration under the provisions of § RSA 9.001 of the Texas Business Organizations Code and that has the status of a limited liability partnership under the laws of a state other than Texas also must file an application for registration under §152.905 and Chapters 4 and 9 of the Texas Business Organizations Code before transacting business in Texas. Late filings fees pursuant to § RSA 9.054 of the Texas Business Organizations Code may be assessed against both the limited liability partnership application for registration and the limited partnership application for registration.
