1 Texas Administrative Code § 8.13 – Time Period

(a) The commission shall issue an advisory opinion in response to a request that meets the requirements of this chapter not later than the 60th day after the date the commission receives the request.

(b) The time available to issue an advisory opinion in response to a written request is automatically extended for 60 days pursuant to § RSA 571.092(b), Government Code.
