Texas Administrative Code Title 1 Section 75.32

1 Texas Administrative Code § 75.32 – Good Cause

Good cause as stated in § RSA 75.31 of this title (relating to Revocation of Certificate of Authority) shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

(1) a violation of a provision of Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 722;

(2) a finding that it is not operating an automobile club as defined in the Automobile Club Services Act;

(3) a finding that it is insolvent;

(4) a finding that its assets are less than its liabilities;

(5) a finding that it refuses to submit to an examination by the secretary of state;

(6) a finding that it is transacting business fraudulently; or

(7) a finding that any owner, officer, or operating manager is not of good moral character.
