Texas Administrative Code Title 1 Section 73.3

1 Texas Administrative Code § 73.3 – Organizer’s Card

Upon receipt of a complete and signed application, the secretary of state shall issue an organizer’s card to the applicant. The card shall bear the following information:

(1) the applicant’s name;

(2) the applicant’s union affiliation;

(3) a space for the applicant’s signature;

(4) the designation “labor organizer”; and

(5) the signature of the secretary of state, dated and attested by the state seal.
