1 Texas Administrative Code § 72.7 – Amendment to Application

(a) An application may be amended at any time to update the information contained in the original application.

(b) If information contained in the original application materially changes, the licensee must amend the application to update the information within thirty days of the change.

(c) There is no fee for amending the application.
