Texas Administrative Code Title 1 Section 69.55

1 Texas Administrative Code § 69.55 – Identification and Escalation of Contracts that Require Enhanced Contract or Performance Monitoring

(a) The agency will complete a risk assessment to identify contracts that require enhanced contract or performance monitoring;

(b) Information on these contracts will be reported to the First Assistant Attorney General . The First Assistant Attorney General will be notified immediately of any serious issue or risk that is identified with respect to such a contract.

(c) This subchapter does not apply to a memorandum of understanding, interagency contract, interlocal agreement, or contract for which there is not a cost.
