Texas Administrative Code Title 1 Section 63.1

1 Texas Administrative Code § 63.1 – Definition, Purpose, and Application

(a) In this subchapter, “legislative requestor” means an individual member, agency, or committee of the legislature.

(b) This subchapter governs the procedures by which the attorney general shall render a decision sought by a legislative requestor under Texas Government Code § RSA 552.008(b-2).

(c) Texas Government Code §§ RSA 552.308 and RSA 552.309 apply to all deadlines established in this subchapter.
