1 Texas Administrative Code § 62.306 – Supplies

(a) Allowable items include, but are not limited to, office supplies, paper, postage, education resource materials, and certain computing devices described in § RSA 62.100(26) of this chapter.

(b) The OAG will not approve funds for the purchase of promotional items or recreational activities.
