1 Texas Administrative Code § 62.111 – Additional Award Opportunities

(a) The OAG may fund sexual assault programs outside the standard application cycle or process or at amounts higher or lower than provided for in this chapter based on availability of funds and an identified need.

(b) The OAG may choose to award a grant contract from a different OAG funding source than that for which the applicant applied.
