1 Texas Administrative Code § 62.101 – Construction of Rules

(a) Unless otherwise noted, these rules apply to all SAPCS funded sexual assault programs. If good cause is established to show that compliance with these rules may result in an injustice to any interested person, the rules may be suspended at the discretion of the OAG.

(b) These rules do not apply to the extent of any conflict with a federal law or a duly enacted federal regulation applicable to a federally funded SAPCS grant.
