1 Texas Administrative Code § 61.401 – Applicability

The OAG shall determine the eligibility, standards, and reasonable limits on compensation for pecuniary losses under Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 56.32(a)(9), in a manner consistent with the provisions of this chapter and in accordance with any other controlling provisions of law.
