Texas Administrative Code Title 1 Section 55.215

1 Texas Administrative Code § 55.215 – Prerequisites for Suspension of Licenses Relating to State Taxes

(a) Each petition seeking to suspend a license relating to state taxes shall list each license to be suspended by license type and, if applicable, by license number.

(b) An order suspending a license issued pursuant to the Tax Code, § RSA 155.041, shall be served on the agency issuing the license. The order shall be issued directly to the Comptroller of Public Accounts.

(c) An order suspending a license relating to state taxes must be served on each licensing authority which issued a license suspended by the order.
