1 Texas Administrative Code § 53.87 – Authorization for Issuance: Other Matters

Each ordinance or order authorizing the issuance of certificates shall, in addition to matters mentioned in section 9, Article 2368a.1, include the matters required generally in connection with the issuance of a general obligation security, revenue security, or combination thereof, as well as any appropriate findings, declarations, or documentation required by section 7.
