1 Texas Administrative Code § 53.75 – Certificates in Exchange for Services or Property

Certificates delivered in exchange for services or property that are being refunded pursuant to any law requiring approval of the attorney general and registration by the Comptroller of Public Accounts of said refunding obligations shall be documented and submitted for review in the manner set forth herein.
