1 Texas Administrative Code § 53.249 – Bank/Credit Facility Documentation

The following shall constitute documentation of the bank/credit facility:

(1) if a bank or other entity is involved as trustee or escrow agent, evidence of the entity’s corporate authority to act as such;

(2) if a credit or similar agreement is to be submitted in executed form pursuant to § RSA 53.245(c) of this title (relating to Basic Financing Documents), evidence of the credit facility’s corporate authority to act as such;

(3) authority for specified officers to execute transcript documents and signature identification of such officers.
