1 Texas Administrative Code § 53.171 – Certified Copies of All Proceedings

Certified copies of all proceedings under the authority cited above must be submitted as prescribed for general obligation bond transcripts. Additionally, a scaled map of the boundaries of each pollution control district shall be included in the transcript.
