1 Texas Administrative Code § 3.9008 – Complaints or Allegations Against a Crime Stoppers Organization

Any complaint against a crime stoppers organization or allegation that a crime stoppers organization fails to meet the certification requirements described in § RSA 3.9000 of this chapter must be submitted in writing to the director of the Texas Crime Stoppers Council (Council). The Council may only consider complaints or allegations made against a crime stoppers organization that is certified, or has applied to be certified, by the Council pursuant to § RSA 3.9000 of this chapter.
