1 Texas Administrative Code § 28.5 – Information To Report

Each report required to be filed with the commission pursuant to the Government Code, § RSA 302.013 (concerning Filing of Statement of Contributions, Loans, and Expenditures), shall set forth the total amount of interest earned during the reporting period.
