1 Texas Administrative Code § 20.19 – Reports Must Be Filed on Official Forms

Except for special pre-election reports that are exempt from the electronic filing requirement, all reports required by Chapters 20 through 40 must be filed in a format prescribed by the commission or on forms approved by the executive director pursuant to § RSA 18.1 of this title (relating to Forms).
