Section 99 Copyright Act

Section 99 Copyright Act 2022 is about Power of the Minister to give directives. It is under Part XII (Miscellaneous Provisions) of the Act.

The Minister may give to the Commission, directives of a general character relating to the policies and functions of the Commission and it shall be the duty of the Commission to comply with such directives.
