Section 98 Child’s Right Act

Section 98 Child’s Right Act 2003 is about Dismissal of application for wardship. It is under Part X (Wardship) of the Act.

Where the Court is of the opinion that an application for wardship is an abuse of the court process, it shall dismiss the application forthwith
