Section 98 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 98 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

The Registrar may, with the consent of all persons appearing in the register as interested in a land, mortgage or sub-lease, correct any error or omission in the register.
