Section 98 Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018

Section 98 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 is about Investigation of a proposed merger. It is under Part XII (Price Mergers) of the Act.

The Commission may direct any of its officers to investigate a merger, and may require any person or undertaking to provide information in respect of the merger.
