Section 97 Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959

Section 97 of the Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959 is about Execution of deeds by an individual. It provides as follows:

(1) Where an individual executes a deed, he shall either sign or place his mark
upon the same and sealing alone shall not be deemed sufficient.

(2) This section applies only to deeds executed after the commencement of this Law.
