Section 95 Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959

Section 95 of the Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959 is about Release of part of land affected from a judgment. It provides as follows:

(1) A release from a judgment (including any writ or order imposing a charge)
of part of any land charged therewith does not affect the validity of the judgment as
respects any land not specifically released.

(2) This section operates without prejudice to the rights of any person interested in
the property remaining unreleased and not concurring in or confirming the release.

(3) This section applies to releases made after the thirty-first day of December,
eighteen hundred and ninety-nine.
