Section 95 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Issue of warrant for defendant in the first instance. It provides as follows:

Where upon a complaint being made before a Magistrate as provided in section 23 such Magistrate decides to issue a warrant in the first instance such Magistrate shall issue a warrant to apprehend the person complained against to bring him before the Court to answer the said complaint and be dealt with according to the Law.
