Section 94 Nigeria Police Act

Section 94 of the Nigeria Police Act 2020 is about Exception to debt recovery. It is under Part XI (Establishment of The Police Reward Fund, etc. And other Provisions Relating to the Police Force) of the Act. It provides as follows:

The remuneration of a pol ice officer shall not be withheld on account of any debt or liability which he may have incurred before being appointed to the police.
