Section 93 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 93 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

(1) The name of a person under the age of eighteen (18) years may appear in the register as a transferee minor where the property devolves on the minor by succession or on transmission; but shall not be construed to authorize or permit any dealing with the land or any interest in land by such person during his minority.

(2) If to the knowledge of the Registrar, a minor is registered as in subsection (1) of this Section, the Registrar shall enter a restriction accordingly.
