Section 91 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Service outside local jurisdiction. It provides as follows:

Where a Court desires that a summons issued by it shall be served at any place outside the jurisdiction in which it is issued, the Court shall send such summons in duplicate to a Court within the jurisdiction in which the person summoned resides or is to be served.
