Section 9 Sheriffs and Civil Process Act

Section 9 of the Sheriffs and Civil Process Act 1945 is about Duties at assizes. It provides as follows:

At the sessions the sheriff shall direct a sufficient number of police constables to be
employed to keep order in and within the precincts of the court.
