Section 9 Rent Control and Recovery of Residential Premises Law

Section 9 of the Rent Control and Recovery of Residential Premises Law of Lagos State 1997 is about Transfer of case from Magistrate Court to the Tribunals. It provides as follows:

As from the commencement of this Law, every cause or matter in respect of
recovery of possession pending the Magistrate courts shall be transferred to the
Tribunal.
