Section 9 Recovery of Premises Act 1945

Section 9 Recovery of Premises Act 1945 is about Giving of notice and expiry thereof. It provides as follows:

Notices referred to in section 8 of this Act may be given at any time prior to the date of termination of the current terms of tenancies, but they shall not be effective if the time between the giving of the notice and the time when the tenancy is to be determined is less than the respective periods set out in section 8 of this Act.
