Section 9 Joint Revenue Board of Nigeria (Establishment) Act 2025

Section 9 of the Joint Revenue Board of Nigeria (Establishment) Act 2025 is about Delegation of powers. It provides as follows:

(1) Any power conferred and any duty imposed upon the Board may be exercised or performed by the Board or by any officer specifically in that behalf.

(2) An order, ruling or directive made or given by an officer authorised by the Board shall not be treated as an order, ruling or directive of the Board, until ratified by the Board under the powers vested on the Board under this Act.
