Section 89 Nigeria Tax Act 2025

Section 89 of the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 is about Petroleum royalty. It provides as follows:

(1) All production of petroleum, including production tests shall be subject to royalties as provided in the Seventh Schedule to this Act.

(2) The Service shall be the relevant tax authority for the administration of the royalty imposed under this Part, and the Seventh Schedule to this Act.
