Section 88H Sexual Offences Act 2003

Section 88H of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 is about Rape. It provides as follows:

The Secretary of State may by order amend—

(a) the periods specified in sections 88B(1)(a) and (b); and

(b) the fixed period specified in section 88C(2).
