Section 88 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Service where person summoned cannot be found. It provides as follows:

Where service in the manner provided by paragraph (a) of section 87 cannot by the exercise of due diligence be effected, the serving officer may with leave of the Court affix one of the duplicates of the summons to some conspicuous part of the premises or place in which the individual to be served ordinarily resides, and the summons shall be deemed to have been duly served.
