Section 858 CAMA 2020

Section 858 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Decision of administrative proceedings committee to be made available to the public. It is under Chapter 1 (Establishment of administrative proceedings committee) of the Act.

The Administrative Proceedings Committee shall within 30 days of determining an application under section 857, make its decision and reasons for it available to the public.
