Section 85 Electricity Act 2023

Section 85 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Supplementary provisions relating to the Council. It is under Part VIII (Establishment of the National Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission) of the Act.

(1) The N-HYPPADEC shall rake its rules as to the summoning of meetings and proceedings at such meetings.

(2) The supplementary provisions as set out irt the Fifth Schedule to this Act shall have effect to the proceedings of the Council and other matters contained in it.
