Section 85 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Summons to be in duplicate. It provides as follows:

Every summons issued by a Court under this Law shall be in writing and in duplicate, signed by the presiding officer of such Court or by such other officer, as the Chief Judge may prescribe.
