Section 81 Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018

Section 81 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 is about Order for monopoly investigation. It is under Part X (Monopoly) of the Act.

An order for a mon’)poly investigation under section 76 of this Act shall-
(a) specify the description of goods or services to which the order relates;

(b) state whether it relates to supply, import or export of goods and services; and

(c) specify the part of Nigeria. in respect of which the investigation is to be limited where it is to be limited to a part of Nigeria.
