Section 807 CAMA 2020

Section 807 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Application of Part C. It is under Chapter 2 (Registration of limited partnership and incidental matters) of the Act.

The provisions of Part C of this Act relating to limited liability partnerships shall apply to limited partnership except so far as they are inconsistent with the express provisions of this Part
