Section 805 CAMA 2020

Section 805 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Commission to keep register. It is under Chapter 2 (Registration of limited partnership and incidental matters) of the Act.

The Commission shall keep at the registry, in proper books to be provided for the purpose, a register and index of all the limited partnerships registered and of all statements registered in relation to such partnerships.
